Damian Lewis has taken home the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama Series.

Beating out Steve Buscemi, Bryan Cranston, Jeff Daniels and Jon Hamm, Lewis took home the award for his portrayal of Nicholas Brody on Showtime's "Homeland." This is his first Golden Globe.

Kelsey Grammer took home the award last year for his portrayal of Mayor Tom Kane in "Boss," marking one of the biggest surprises of the night. "Boss" was canceled in November.

The 2013 Golden Globe Awards, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, are being held in Beverly Hills.
