The AFC and NFC Championship games are set, and three of the final four teams left in the playoffs reached the conference title game last year.

Both games during NFL Championship Weekend will be played on Sunday, January 20. The opening game will be the NFC title tilt between the top two seeds in the Conference: the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers will have to travel to the Georgia Dome for the 3 p.m. ET showdown (on CBS).

In the AFC, the Ravens and Patriots will go at it once again in a rematch of last year's AFC title game, which will start at 6:30 p.m. ET (on FOX).

The Ravens appeared on their way to the Super Bowl last year but Lee Evans had his potential game-winning touchdown catch in the final minute knocked away at the last moment. After that close-call, Baltimore missed a game-tying field goal, sending New England to the big game.

Will the Ravens get their revenge? Can Matt Ryan keep pace with Colin Kaepernick?
