'Don't Trust The B---- In Apartment 23': James Becomes A Celebrity Mentor, Runs Away From Bullies (VIDEO)

'Don't Trust The B': James Van Der Beek, Celebrity Mentor

The guessing game continued on "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23." Now airing twice a week, the sophomore series is still burning through a few of those first season episodes that never made it on the air. This week's Sunday installment was one of those, featuring James Van Der Beek becoming a celebrity mentor.

It turns out that he was terrible at it, because he was a bigger coward than the child he was mentoring. Rather than face her bullies, James ran and left her to fend for herself. After a terrible makeover idea, though, the tables were turned. The girl he was mentoring lashed out at him and gained the respect of her bullies by bullying James.

Meanwhile, June wanted to be friends with Chloe -- a hint this was from Season 1 -- but Chloe said they were just roommates. There was some confusion as to whether or not Chloe killed one of June's new "mean girl" friends, which led to the roommates both tricking one another. It culminated in a confrontation at the coffee shop where June worked -- another Season 1 hint -- where Chloe admitted that June was a good friend.

It would be a lot easier to follow what's going on with this show if they weren't jumping around all the time like this from Season 1 to Season 2 and back again. Nevertheless, "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23" continues airing Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. EST, with one more airing scheduled for next Sunday at 10:30 p.m. EST on ABC.
