U2's '10 Reasons To Exist': Band Reveals A Working Title For The Next Album

Good news for U2 fans! The rock band is well on its way to releasing a 13th album.

“Within the band we've been calling it '10 Reasons To Exist'" Bono said, according to The Sun. "But I will tell you we might have at least six [working titles].”

U2's last album was 2009's "No Line on the Horizon." While the album reached number one on the Billboard 200, it did not perform as well commercially as past albums.

In June, Bono spoke about the band's recording sessions for "10 Reasons to Exist" to Ireland's "The Late Late Show," saying, "We've had the best three weeks in the studio since 1979." He also hinted at the current working title for the album by mentioning, "I think [the other band members] are very aware that U2 has to do something very special to have a reason to exist right now."

U2 spoke in 2011 about putting out a new record in the fall of 2012, but that date was pushed back. "My view tends to be, when the record is finished, we'll know what it is," bassist Adam Clayton told Rolling Stone in 2011.

"10 Reasons To Exist" is currently without a release date.
