'Archer' Premiere: When Did Sterling Archer Become Bob From 'Bob's Burgers'? (VIDEO)

'Archer' Premiere: 'Bob's Burgers' Crossover

"Archer" kicked off its fourth season with a fun nod to series star H. Jon Benjamin. His signature voice is also the lead on Fox's "Bob's Burgers," so it was totally appropriate to give the two shows a crossover of sorts. In this premiere, Archer had suffered from amnesia for the past two months. So now he was living as Bob of Bob's Burgers with Linda and the kids. John Roberts even lent his voice for Linda, though the kids were uncharacteristically silent.

When the KGB arrived at Bob's Burgers, Archer's training kicked in. Even though he had no idea what he was doing, or how he was capable of it, he dispatched the agents in a bloodbath. He then left the family and went into hiding to protect them. From there, it was up to ISIS to track him and slowly remind him who he was.

They did this by having Lana pretend to also be on the run from the KGB. When the real KGB showed up, though, the plan was thrown into disarray. Granted this was an elaborate plan that proved ultimately unnecessary. A swift blow to the head with a frying pan worked just as well in restoring Archer's memories.

Now that the gang is back together, and everyone knows who they are, the insanity can continue on "Archer" every Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on FX.
