Baltimore Ravens Running Back Ray Rice's House Is For Sale -- The Super Bowl Winner Is "Motivated" (PHOTOS)

Baltimore Ravens running back -- and recent Super Bowl winner -- Ray Rice is motivated. Just ask his real estate agent.

Rice's Baltimore home is on the market for $319,900. The four bedroom, four bath house at 103 Old House Ct. was recently reduced by $20,000 -- Curbed DC notes that it's now listed for $30,000 less than Rice paid for the place in 2008, the year he was drafted by the Ravens.

Rice might not be too concerned about the $30,000, given Sunday night's victory, not to mention the $40 million contract he signed last summer, just before first putting the place up for sale.

Check out photos of the 2100 square foot home below -- you'll enjoy the mini-fridge in the bathroom and the "Man Cave" sign on an inside door; the community pool and private deck also look inviting.

And if you really enjoy those features, make an offer -- Rice is indeed described as "motivated" on the Realtor.com listing:
