One of the mysteries of America's war on terror is where it has used to CIA to kill alleged enemies, such as the strike against Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.

At his confirmation hearing Thursday, President Barack Obama's nominee to head the agency promised that he would tell the Senate Intelligence Committee where the CIA has killed people. At first, Brennan seemed to hedge, but when Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) grew heated in his questioning, Brennan relented.
