Our best-dressed list is filled to the brim this week with celebrities in gorgeous dresses that were simple, but still special. Anne Hathaway and Allison Williams wore black dresses that could be casual if paired with flats, but instead looked red carpet-ready thanks to gorgeous hair, makeup and accessories. Then there were the gowns: Anne Hathway (again) in shocking pink, Naomi Watts in ruby red and Halle Berry in black. Both ladies kept their hair and jewelry simple letting the frocks (and their beautiful faces) do all the heavy lifting.
