Kelly Rowland's Grammys Dress 2013 Pushes The Dress Code Limits (PHOTOS)

After a long time under the radar, Kelly Rowland's come back with a vengeance otherwise known as that legendary Super Bowl halftime performance. Kicking off her comeback with Destiny's Child, Kelly performed alongside Beyoncé and Michelle Williams in a stunning black Pucci dress and proved that we'll be saying her name for yet another year.

Her ascendance continued on Sunday night at the 2013 Grammys, where she walked the 2013 Grammys red carpet in a jaw-dropping Georges Chakra gown -- jaw-dropping, of course, because it was dangerously sheer in the most strategic places.

Giuliana Rancic of E! was practically speechless as Rowland made her way over. "You know you look hot, right?" she asked the Destiny's Child star. She also pointed out that Rowland was clearly pushing the limits of the new Grammys wardrobe guidelines. "I still followed the rules!" protested Kelly.

"Sorta..." said Giuliana.
