Andre Thomas, Convicted Murderer On Death Row, Too Insane To Execute?

Andre Thomas was convicted of killing his estranged wife and their two children, a 4-year-old boy and 13-month old girl. With an extensive background of mental illness, but refusing anti-psychotic medication, Thomas was monitored in his Grayson County jail cell.

6 days after the killings, as if prompted by Matthew 5:29 For the gruesome and bizarre killings Thomas received the death penalty in Texas.
