Matt Taibbi Tweets That Elizabeth Warren Will Be President Some Day

Matt Taibbi sees bright things in Elizabeth Warren's future.

The Rolling Stone columnist said of the Massachusetts Democratic Senator on Twitter Friday:

Taibbi's praise came after Warren embarrassed financial regulators during a hearing Thursday by asking them when they last brought a Wall Street bank to trial. In an awkward turn of events, the officials didn't have an answer.

Taibbi's hopes for a Warren presidency are perhaps not surprising, he called for a Warren 2012 ticket in 2009.
