LOOK: Pay It Forward Valentine's Big Gift To Struggling Students

Two college students at an upscale restaurant on Valentine's Day received an additional reason to celebrate: a random couple bought their dinner.

On Thursday, Reddit user gnomiegnomie was at Pittsburgh's Eleven restaurant when the couple, who reportedly had been sitting at a nearby table, footed the $250 bill. The gift was revealed in a note:

It reads:

Random Act Of Kindness

The only request is that someday you pay it forward.

In the meantime, enjoy your youth, enjoy friendship, enjoy love. Be good to each other and good luck.

According to the Redditor, the generous couple quickly left the restaurant, but the waiter received a generous tip. Next Valentine's Day, the students plan to recreate the good deed for another happy-looking couple.

"This was the nicest restaurant I've been to in my life," the user wrote. "Back to ramen noodles for the rest of the semester."
