Kristen Stewart has been laying low for a while, chilling out after an intense publicity tour for "Snow White & The Huntsman" and "On The Road" earlier in 2012.
But the sometimes sullen, always stunning star made a return to the red carpet for the 2013 Oscars, attending the awards ceremony in a shimmering white Reem Acra gown. Her beauty look, consisting of coordinating red highlights and reddish eye makeup, was also stunning. But she was sporting one distracting accessory in the form of crutches.
The 22-year-old actress hobbled down the red carpet in crutches, ditching them only to pose for photos. No word on what K-Stew's injury is, but it certainly made for a memorable Oscars appearance.
