Thrillist's BBQ & The Blues Brings Geoffrey Zakarian, Beef Tongue To The Eden Roc For SOBEWFF (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: SOBEWFF's Meatiest Party

If you've ever wanted to party with people double-fisting brisket, South Beach Wine and Food Festival has the party for you.

Thrillist's BBQ and Blues bash went down Saturday night in the Eden Roc's backyard with help from host and Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, and there was meat as far as the stuffed reveler could waddle -- from barbecue beef tongue to short rib chili to adobe-rubbed sirloin to (gulp) beef cheek.

In fact, Chef Danny Serfer of Miami's own Blue Collar told HuffPost he cooked more than 250 pounds of brisket for his "Corben" slider, which came on a mini Portugese muffin with a dollop of dijon.

Things we also love about this party: it's open air, the lines are shorter than Burger Bash, and blues band Diablo Dimes and The Bloodhounds always bring the heat. Check out photos below:
