'Fox & Friends' Hosts Fail Basic Math Homework (VIDEO)

WATCH: These 'Fox & Friends' Hosts Are Stumped!

On Tuesday's "Fox & Friends," hosts Gretchen Carlson and Brian Kilmeade had their children share some examples from their math homework. Collectively, the hosts tried to answer the multiple choice questions. Steve Doocy answered the first question correctly, though Carlson and Kilmeade did not. During the second question, Carlson's daughter asked the hosts to convert 2.5 kilograms into grams.

"Uh oh," Carlson said. "I'm going to say 'B' because I have no idea."

Kilmeade selected answer 'A.' Doocy said he didn't think the answer was there. "A kilogram is a thousandth of a gram," he wondered. "Oh stop it. Let's hear the answer. Come on Steve, don't try to be smart," Kilmeade said.

Kilmeade's children asked more questions that further stumped the hosts. "A square has an area of 169 squared feet. What is the length of each side?" Kilmeade's kids asked.

"This is a tough one," Kilmeade said.

Kids-focused segments on "Fox & Friends" are usually worth watching for one reason or another. Last year, Kilmeade asked little girls if the government helped them start their lemonade stand.
