Finally, some respect for Javier Bardem. After being snubbed by both the Oscars and the Golden Globes for his villainous performance in the Bond flick 'Skyfall", the Spanish star has been vindicated with two MTV Movie Award nominations.

Of course Javier picked up a Best Villain nod for his role as Raul Silva. But the award we’re hoping he snags is Best WTF Moment. And anyone who’s seen "Skyfall" knows what that is. As MTV so delicately put it, “Oops…There Goes His Face!”

Sadly no other Latinos picked up Movie Award nods this year, which is a real shame considering we had Gabriel Iglesias in Magic Mike, Diego Boneta in Rock of Ages and Mia Maestro in Breaking Dawn, Part 2.

But, we’ll still have plenty to look forward to once the popcorn trophies get handed out on April 14. We’re hoping for some live performances (particularly Pitbull channeling Men In Black III) and a few LOL surprises when Will Ferrell accepts his Comedic Genius Award.
