'Bravo, Senator. You Got Us.'

Secy. Clinton warned of the challenges posed by rising militancy after the Arab Spring as she appeared before US lawmakers Wednesday to be grilled about a deadly attack. Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) took to Twitter on Friday to hit back at Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who called him a "wacko bird" in an interview with The Huffington Post's Jon Ward.

Amash tweeted:

McCain said Amash and Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) were "wacko birds" while explaining that he believes they reflect poorly upon the Republican Party.

Amash and McCain got into another Twitter brawl in February after the senator tweeted a joke comparing Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to a monkey. Amash, who took office in 2011, even offered up the veteran senator some advice.

"Maybe you should wisen up & not make racist jokes," Amash tweeted during the February clash.
