Does Your Ice Cream Truck Sell Weed?

Marijuana ice cream cone, kid?

Two men in El Paso, Tex. were allegedly caught with more than ice cream in their purple, seemingly kid-friendly truck, police said.

Elijah Sanchez, 19, and Anthony Arellano, 29, were both charged with possession of marijuana after deputies found two "tupperware [sic] bowls containing a green, leafy substance" in their ice cream truck, the El Paso Times reported.

Police originally pulled the truck over Saturday because it had a cracked windshield and expired registration sticker, an El Paso County Sheriff's report stated. During the traffic stop, Sanchez allegedly fled the vehicle, and a short foot chase ensued before he was caught.

This all occurred near a a local high school, CBS affiliate KBDC reported.

Arellano has been arrested before on felony charges and also possession of marijuana, according to the Sheriff's news release.

The report did not state if the men were using the ice cream truck to sell the drugs.
