"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been in and out of rehab over the years, and after admitting herself to a 30-day treatment program, she's quit after just four days.
“Jenelle just needed to spend some time trying to figure things out,” a source told RadarOnline. "She wasn’t in rehab that long because she doesn’t think she really needs it. She’s ready to live her life like a normal person not on drugs or dealing with the crappy guys who were around her.”
The source is, of course, referring to Evans' former fiancé, Gary Head, and current estranged husband, Courtland Rogers.
HollywoodLife reports that the 21-year-old took to Twitter on March 2, claiming that she's been sober since November 2012; however, a few days later the reality star's attorney, Dustin R. T. Sullivan, told E! News:
"Jenelle is in a rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina to address any addiction issues for drug use."
Evans left treatment and returned to Twitter, where she tweeted a photo of herself with her 3-year-old son, Jace, writing: "Just where I wanted to be."
RadarOnline previously reported that Evan's estranged husband, against whom she filed assault charges in January, claimed she was using heroin during her most recent pregnancy, which ended in a miscarriage.
