Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) addressed the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday, telling attendees that he's "still standing" despite some big election challenges.
King also used the speech to take a hit at President Barack Obama and the Affordable Care Act.
"Obamacare has got to go," King said.
