Cedric Botter Splits Puck In Half During Swiss Playoff Game (VIDEO)

WATCH: Puck Splits In Half

How do you make a goaltender's job even trickier between the pipes? Try splitting a puck in half.

Cedric Botter of Fribourg-Gottéron did just that during a Swiss league playoff game on Saturday against EHC Biel when the Switzerland national rocketed a shot toward the net in the second period.

Botter beat a defender on the wing before shooting on former St. Louis Blues draft pick Reto Berra. But the puck hit the far post and split in two, sending one half into the net as Berra swatted the other away with his paddle.

French-language Swiss news outlet '20 minutes online' reported that the goal was waived off after review en route to Fribourg-Gottéron's 6-1 thrashing over EHC Biel, according to Puck Daddy
