'The Sapphires' Movie: A First Look At The Next 'Dreamgirls' (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)

An all-girl pop group, 1960s outfits and Chris O'Dowd? Count us in for "The Sapphires," a movie which includes all three of these excellent things.

The Australian film, which is being released in the United States on March 22nd, follows the journey of four aboriginal girls who audition to sing to U.S. troops in Vietnam. It's based on a true story and the film has won 11 Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards as well as being well-received at Cannes in May. This exclusive clip shows how the girl group -- recruited by a talent scout played by Chris O'Dowd -- got their jewel-inspired name. Watch, listen and enjoy.
