Tom Bergeron On Aging And 'Dancing With The Stars': 'They Keep Me Going To The Gym'

'I'm Not Even Middle-Aged Anymore!'

Silver fox and "Dancing with the Stars" host Tom Bergeron makes aging gracefully look easy.

"I actually feel, in a lot of ways, that I'm in better shape than I was when I was 30," Bergeron told Huff/Post50 last fall. "This isn't what I thought 57 would feel like. I thought I'd feel a little bit like a cooling ember. I don't feel that way at all."

Part of that has to do with his Emmy-award winning gig as host of "Dancing with the Stars," now in its 16th season. While speaking to the Archive of American Television about his decades-long career in television, the quick-witted broadcasting giant quipped, “I’m not even middle-aged anymore, because I’m not going to live to 114!”

To see what else about his job keeps him motivated to stay in shape, watch the video above.
