The Sweet 16 concludes on Friday evening with the No. 1 overall seed in the 2013 NCAA Tournament, the Cinderella squad from Dunk City and a handful of the most accomplished coaches in the game taking center stage.

The first Sweet 16 matchup scheduled for Friday features No. 1 Louisville and No. 12 Oregon in Midwest Region. Rick Pitino's Cardinals overwhelmed every team unfortunate enough to face them thus far, routing No. 16 North Carolina A&T and No. 8 Colorado State. To their credit, the Ducks haven't had much trouble reaching the round of 16 either, pulling off two double-digit upsets. Can they withstand the relentless Louisville pressure?

In the South Region, the veteran No. 1 Jayhawks must overcome the young stars of No. 4 Michigan to reach the Elite Eight. The Wolverines, who are making their first Sweet 16 appearance since 1994, didn't seem to have any problems dealing with the "havoc" defense of VCU in the third round. Will they be able to handle the experience of Kansas, who has four seniors in the starting lineup?

In the late starts on Friday, No. 15 Florida Gulf Coast University will look to continue its historic run against No. 3 Florida while Coach K and Tom Izzo will match wits with an Elite Eight spot on the line.
