Hilarious couple alert!
Amy Poehler took a break from her tickle fights with Tina Fey and went on a date with comedian Nick Kroll, or so New York Post's Page Six would have us believe. The two funny ones dined at the Pikey Cafe and Bar on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles last Friday night, and a witness told the paper "the two looked 'cozy' as they sat across from each other at a small table."
According to Page Six, this wasn't the couple's first date -- though two comedians out and about just talking shop isn't a remote possibility either. Here's to hoping it's the former!
Poehler went through a very public breakup from husband Will Arnett back in September, after nine years of marriage. In a move that shocked their fans and left many possibly more heartbroken than the couple themselves, they called it quits but said the split was "amicable." Poehler and Arnett also have two sons together, Archie and Abel.
Back in 2011, Poehler told Katie Couric in an interview with Glamour magazine that she "was always attracted to funny people." Kroll, who just recently broke out of his Comedy Central shell to play Nick Miller's brother on FOX's "New Girl," seems to fit the bill.
