Bryan Fischer: Homosexuality Is 'Immoral' Based On 'God's Perspective'

The American Family Association's Bryan Fischer kicked off April with a heated anti-gay rant.

As Right Wing Watch first reported, Fischer defended "natural" marriage by telling his "Focal Point" radio show audience that homosexuality was "immoral behavior," citing "God's perspective" in his argument.

"Because we have God's perspective, we have God's counsel, we have God's wisdom and that trumps man's wisdom," Fischer declared. "It does not matter what man says about homosexual conduct; we know that it is immoral and sinful behavior because God has revealed that to us in his word and has revealed it to us in nature."

Last week, Fischer tackled the U.S. Supreme Court hearings on the legality of Prop 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) on "Focal Point," telling listeners that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights advocates
had made a deliberate effort to "keep the eyes of Americans off what it is that homosexuals do when they come together" because such "deviant" sexual acts would "gross them right out."

"They understand there is a visceral, moral reaction that most people have to that type of sexual activity," Fischer noted, as Right Wing Watch also reported.

In recent months, Fischer has also condemned President Barack Obama's inaugural address, pointing specifically to -- you guessed it -- the historic segments on gay rights.

"All men are created equal, but nobody, nobody, nobody is born gay," Fischer, who also argued that Obama "displays ignorance" in his embrace of same-sex marriage and other LGBT rights and "doesn't know what he's talking about," stated in that rant. "Nobody's born that way!"
