It seems like there are new reports every day that claim Justin Bieber is spinning out of control and exhibiting erratic behavior.
Though the 19-year-old has repeatedly denied he's having any such issues, TMZ claims it's all due to his heartbreak over girlfriend of two years, Selena Gomez.
Now, sources tell TMZ that Bieber's antics, which include showing up late to concerts, smoking weed, passing out backstage, threatening paparazzi and allegedly spitting on a neighbor during an argument, are not a result of him trying to "act like an adult," but rather an expression of how he's "torn apart" over Gomez dumping him, and he's releasing his anger in inappropriate ways.
Sources told the website that the pop star feels "tortured," because Selena hasn't made it a clean break, as she's allegedly calling him and sending mixed messages. In fact, Bieber reportedly visited his ex at her house just before he headed off to Europe last week.
"I know who I am and I'm very much in control. I don't need to address every speculation. Remember when Cam'ron dissed Jay-Z? Jay-Z didn't even respond. Why didn't he respond? Because he's Jay-Z."
But Bieber is not Jay-Z, and he has addressed much of the speculation via Twitter and Instagram rants, and just last week he gave an exclusive interview to Us Weekly, which appeared as though he was attempting to do some major damage control.
"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person," Bieber told the magazine. "I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail."
