Sugar in food isn't always obvious. When you're eating savory items, for example, you don't necessarily expect much sweetener in the ingredients. So on the heels of its very successful "What 2000 Calories Looks Like" video, BuzzFeed has investigated how much sugar is hiding in an assortment of food and drink items.
Think you'll choose the bottle of light ranch dressing instead of full-fat? Although you might be saving a few calories, you're actually consuming more sugar.
