'Teen Mom 2' Canceled? Star Kailyn Lowry Tweets Hint Show Is Ending

'We Didn't Get A Go For Another Season'

Has "Teen Mom 2" been canceled? The jury's still out, but cast member Kailyn Lowry certainly seems to think she won't be headed back to MTV again.

On Wednesday, Kailyn sent out a telling tweet in response to "Buckwild" cast member Shae Bradley's tweet about her frustration that MTV canceled the show in the wake of Shain Gandee's death.

When reached for comment, MTV told The Huffington Post, "No decision has been made yet regarding a fifth season of ‘Teen Mom 2.’"

But this is hardly the first time "Teen Mom 2" cancellation rumors have hit the mill. According to a January New York Post report, the series is on its way out due to star Jenelle Evans' hostile behavior on Twitter and elsewhere, as evidenced by Janelle's Twitter exchange with Shae below.

@pbandjenelley_1 you must feel guilty. I didn't say anyone's name. And hey look at your NINE mug shots ... twitter.com/mtvshae/status…
