Abigail Breslin Style Evolution: American Girl Turned Bohemian Teen (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Abigail Breslin Goes From American Girl To Bohemian Teen

With an acting career that began with a stint in a Toys "R" Us commercial, it's amazing to see just how far Abigail Breslin has come. Though it took her a few years to make the transition to the big screen, Breslin's knockout performances in films like "Little Miss Sunshine" and "My Sister's Keeper" quickly made her a household name, as well as one of the youngest actresses to be nominated for an Academy Award.

We've watched the New York City native grow up on screen, while also observing her red carpet style transformation. The little girl who once preferred pink dresses and tiaras has shed her feminine style for something a little more boho and fashion forward. Now in her late teens, Breslin opts for flowy dresses, oversized earrings and red lipstick.

In celebration of her 17th birthday on Sunday (April 14), we are taking a look back at the star's best outfits to date. Happy birthday, Abigail!
