'Ryan Seacrest With The Kardashians': Pregnancies, Weddings, Weight Gain And More (VIDEO)

The Kardashian family opened up on the E! special "Ryan Seacrest with the Kardashians" and while they said they had no regrets about putting their live on television via their various reality series, Kim did reveal that she's changed how she wants to portray herself on the small screen.

"You put it all out there for the world to see and people turn, because they just don’t get your decisions," she said. "I felt like I gave so much of myself in my marriage publicly, and when you make mistakes, it’s embarrassing."

Her wedding to Kris Humphries was a huge spectacle on E! and when her marriage quickly fizzled, there was quite a public backlash. That could explain why her current beau, Kanye West, has only appeared a few times on the show thus far.

Now that her divorce with Humphries is settled, though, perhaps West will begin to make more appearances, especially as Kim comes nearer to her delivery date.

Hollywood Life loved the special, saying it was filled with behind-the-scenes dish.

"Ryan Seacrest With The Kardashians" also included Khloe saying that Kim's pregnancy has scared her away from having a baby anytime soon and Rob talked candidly about his recent weight gain-- saying he cries every day in the shower after he sees himself naked. It was as recent as late 2011 that Rob was in great shape while competing on Season 13 of "Dancing With the Stars."
