
There's a vicious rumor going around about angel food cake and it ends right here, right now. Folks are saying that this cake is hard to make and that it's persnickety, but it absolutely isn't. Sure, there are egg whites that have to be whisked for angel food cake to achieve its lighter-than-air texture, but that's easy. Once that part's over with, the cake is basically made (after about 40 minutes in the oven).
