Meditation Vacuum Cleaner Is Either The Best Or Weirdest Home Appliance Ever (PHOTO, VIDEO)

The new pathway to enlightenment can also clean your living room.

We've seen vacuums that sucks fire and gold-plated models that cost $1 million, but we've just stumbled upon the best vacuum cleaner yet. Not only does the Electrolux UltraSilencer have a record-low sound level (61 to 65 decibels), the designers have worked with meditation expert Gunilla Lönnberg to develop a relaxation system that allows you to "clean your mind" while you spruce up your carpets.

We're skeptical that we'd be able to mentally escape while doing housework, but Lönnberg says "the coupling of informal meditation with a routine task like vacuuming can actually make it easier.” The clincher? The recorded background music to the program is produced using only sounds from the vacuum cleaner -- like the noise of the power button clicking on and off. We couldn't make this stuff up.
