Alongside the four former U.S. presidents at the unveiling of the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum on Thursday, the presence of two potential Oval Office aspirants -- Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton -- prompted what could be a key question in the 2016 presidential race.
