Miracle Foods To Add To Your Diet, From Simone De La Rue (VIDEO)

Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue revealed her latest miracle food obsession when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo -- kale! She also drinks a lot of almond milk in her protein shakes, but kale is her #1 favorite. Simone suggested having kale chips, kale salad or making a smoothie with kale.
