As women grow older, it's especially important to include cardio in their fitness routines. Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue told me that it's easy to incorporate when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. There are a few different ways -- grab a jump rope and jump for 10 minutes, take a dance class, cycle, swim or take a brisk walk. Anything that gets your heart rate up will help burn calories and keep your heart healthy.
