Stephen Curry was not in the mood for banter with fans after his Warriors lost to the Nuggets in Game 5 of their first-round playoff series. As the sharpshooter walked from the court back to the vistors' locker room, he heard something that did not sit well. The 25-year-old guard quickly turned around approached a fan and a brief but heated exchange took place.
According to Tim Kawakami of the Mercury News, Curry confirmed that a confrontation took place and said "Somebody said something dumb and I just told him to be quiet, that was it."
Curry finished Game 5 with 15 points on 7 of 19 from the field and made only one of seven three-point attempts.
