Tara Reid & Lindsay Lohan Don't Like Each Other, Says Former 'American Pie' Star (VIDEO)

Tara Reid Says Lindsay Lohan Is A 'Mean' Drunk

Tara Reid doesn't like Lindsay Lohan, and apparently the feeling is mutual.

The former "American Pie" star stopped by "TMZ on TV" on Tuesday and didn't hold back when it came to her fellow train wreck of a troubled actress.

While discussing Lohan's trip to the impound lot in New York City after her car was towed, Reid noted that the 26-year-old actress should just stop driving at this point -- something most of the world would likely agree with.

"She crashed one of my friends' cars ... and when I asked him, 'Why do you let her do this?' and he was like 'Ah, I don't care,'" she said. "I just don't think she should be able to get away with that much. You know what I mean?"

We do, in fact, know what she means, and when Reid was asked if she's talked to Lohan about this, she replied:

"We don't really like each other that much, so we are probably not going to have a conversation about her driving," Reid said, adding,"If I get drunk, I'm a happy drunk. When she gets drunk, she's just mean. She's so paranoid, she takes her drink anytime she thinks anyone has a camera phone and drops it in an ice bucket."

We don't doubt Reid's claims, but it also sounds like the 37-year-old is just really bitter over the fact that Lohan has been given so many chances to turn her life around.

"I think she will [get her life back on track]. I think this girl gets chance after chance after chance after chance,"she said, adding that she feels like her own reputation as a hard partier "never gets to go away" and stories that are "bad" about her just keep getting stuck with her.

Reid and Lohan share plenty of similarities; their careers have stalled as they've become better known for their tabloid-worthy exploits. And while they do run in similar circles, Reid is about a decade older than Lohan and became a familiar face on the Hollywood party scene years before the "Mean Girls" actress was even old enough to have her learner's permit.

Reid even admitted in a 1999 Rolling Stone article, "I feel so much, I have so much going on inside me. I can't handle it sometimes. When I go out to drink, I really drink. I black out sometimes. I don't know how I manage my life when I black out but I still function and just keep going."

Like Lohan, Reid has also done a stint in rehab -- which hasn't seemed to stick. She's said rehab "saved [her] life," but she's never been able to admit her partying was that much of a problem.

"It was my fault, I did it ... [but] it wasn't that bad what I did," she told "Access Hollywood" in March 2012. "At the end of the day, I really [just] had fun. I wasn't doing crimes. I wasn't getting in trouble like that."

Reid has a point: Unlike Lohan, she's never been arrested for DUI, but still this is all coming from a woman who was spotted walking barefoot and desperately clinging to a friend as she left the Emerson Theater in Los Angeles this past March.
