WASHINGTON -- Last week, professional race car driver Jeff Gordon stopped by Georgetown to help raise funds for the Hope for Henry Foundation and Children's National Medical Center.

The driver led a panel discussion about ending childhood cancers with Laurie Strongin, Executive Director of Hope for Henry -- a group that brings gifts, parties and other fun to kids with cancer -- and Dr. Kurt Newman, CEO of Children’s National Medical Center. Gordon helped raise $60,000 for the two organizations.
