Scott Hastings Calls Mark Jackson 'Classless': Nuggets Broadcaster Rips Warriors Coach

'Classless'

Nuggets broadcaster and former NBA player Scott Hastings didn't appreciate Mark Jackson's postgame comments following Golden State's Game 5 loss, in which he accused Denver of playing "dirty."

Hastings joined "The Dan Patrick Show" on Wednesday and laid into Jackson, calling him "classless" and "absolutely wrong."

"I thought he was classless. It didn’t even need to be brought in there," Hastings said. "I don't understand what he was talking about. There were two flagrant fouls called in that game and neither one was against the Denver Nuggets."

After Denver's 107-100 win, Jackson claimed that the Nuggets tried to send "hit men" on Stephen Curry, who finished the game with 15 points.

Hastings told Patrick that there isn't anyone on Denver's coaching staff "that's going to go sit there and say 'go hurt another player.'"

Whether or not the Nuggets were playing dirty, both teams seem ready for a physical Game 6.

"I think it's just getting started," Denver's Kenneth Faried said on Wednesday.
