Addiction Specialist & Lifestyle Interventionist Brad Lamm explained how to unplug when he dropped by Mondays With Marlo. Brad said that you must power down at night, unless you're a doctor or someone who needs to be available in an emergency. Learn to get off the grid and set some boundaries with your devices. We do things because they make us feel better, and the attention you get from social media can be very satisfying, so you need to set limits for yourself.
