Do You Have To Say Hello To Everyone At Your Wedding?

During a HuffPost Live segment about how it's impossible to throw a wedding and not offend anyone, host Abby Huntsman raised the question "How do you make sure that you see everyone and what's the right amount of time to spend talking to everyone?"

It was generally agreed that going table-to-table is a good practice, and guest Anne Chertoff said an easy way to move it along is to say things like "I'd love to catch up, let's definitely grab lunch when we're back from the honeymoon.'"

Chertoff also suggested doing the hellos together or apart, "where the groom focuses on his extended family and the bride works on her family....My personal opinion is you want to get to as many people as you can, but you don't want to spend your entire night talking to people. You want to spend it on the dance floor and having a great time. Do the best you can, but don't make yourself feel guilty about it because it's not worth it."

Good advice!
