Rahm Emanuel Bill Clinton Impersonation: Chicago Mayor Gives Graduation Speech At University Of Arkansas (VIDEO)

WATCH: Rahm Does His Best Bill Clinton Impression

Speaking Saturday to the graduating class of the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel offered up an inspired impersonation of a certain old buddy of his.

Emanuel began his address stating, "This is such a big deal to be here with you all" in his best take on former President Bill Clinton's voice shortly before saying that he spotted a television camera in the room and that he'll be "in trouble."

The mayor also encouraged the Master of Public Service degree program's 34 graduates to come to Chicago to work, according to WGN.

According to the Associated Press, Emanuel, Clinton's former chief of staff, lived and worked in Little Rock during Clinton's presidential campaign in 1992.

Meanwhile, new polling released Monday showed almost two-thirds of Chicagoans surveyed in a WGN/Tribune poll felt Emanuel isn't doing enough to encourage economic development in the Windy City. Despite those numbers and persistent rumors he may run for president, Emanuel told the Sun-Times' Fran Spielman last week that he intends to run for re-election as Chicago's mayor in 2015.
