This has got to be our favorite feel-good photo of the week.
The awesome photograph, uploaded to Reddit on Tuesday by user Kjr567, shows a pint-sized child with Down syndrome who is said to have overcome years of chemotherapy.
Incredibly, despite the physical hardships he's had to overcome, the boy is "always smiling," writes Kjr567, who claims to be a family friend of the gleeful child.
"[T]hat kid looks basket-of-puppies happy," wrote one Redditor in response to the happy snap, which was viewed more than 35,000 times in less than four hours.

"This picture has single-handedly made me feel the happiest I've felt for a long time. Thank you for posting it; and I wish that little man every possible success in his future," wrote another user.
