Johnny Manziel Throws First Pitch At Padres Game, Reenacts Touchdown vs. Alabama (VIDEO)

Johnny Manziel's First Pitch Looks Familiar

Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel threw out the first pitch at Petco Park before the Padres-Nationals game on Thursday and reenacted one of the most memorable highlights of his freshman season in the process.

Manziel dropped back a few steps, pretended to fumble the baseball -- just like he did in the first quarter against Alabama -- and started scrambling around the mound. He was nearly off the hill when he threw the ball on the run to Padres outfielder Mark Kotsay, who caught it behind his back.

It went much better than the last ceremonial first pitch he threw.

Manziel also took batting practice before the game and hit a home run.
