MTV's half-hour special, titled "Hooked On Catfish: The Road to Season Two," will focus on what's to come in the hit reality series' second season, including an engaged couple who have never met and an Iraq vet and his "mystery love."

Season 2 will kick off with 16 all-new episodes and feature the return of Internet detectives Nev and Rel Schulman. The season promises to offer up "the most sordid stories online dating has to offer."

"'Catfish: The TV Show’ has truly captured the zeitgeist of the digital dating age,” said Dave Sirulnick, executive vice president of MTV multiplatform, said in a statement at the time. “The show has resonated with our audience by portraying the real life journeys of individuals trying to navigate the highs and lows of online dating -– an experience our viewers can relate to. We are thrilled to bring the show back for a second season, and look forward to the fascinating stories that only Nev and Max can uncover."

"Hooked On Catfish: The Road To Season 2" airs on Mon., June 17, at 12 a.m. ET and Season 2 of "Catfish" premieres on Tues., June 25 at 11 p.m. ET.
