Justin Bieber May Sue Party Guests Who Breach His Privacy Contract: REPORT

If you happen to be a guest at one of Justin Bieber's parties and decide to talk about the fete, he might just sue you for $5 million.

Bieber's camp has reportedly drafted up a contract for everyone who enters the star's Calabasas, Calif., mansion to sign, according to TMZ. The website says although other celebrities have been known to make guests sign such waivers, Bieber's is worth noting.

The document states those entering the private residence must know they are responsible for themselves while partaking in "potentially hazardous" activities. All information regarding said activities -- such as the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Bieber and guests -- is considered private. Any photos or videos taken are confidential information. Blogging, tweeting or Instagramming these images could result in a $5 million lawsuit.

Back in January, photos of Bieber smoking what appeared to be pot in a Newport Beach hotel room leaked and led to a media frenzy.

The "All Around the World" singer tweeted about "growing and learning" and "trying to be better," but the pot debacle led to a series of unfortunate events including a Twitter meltdown, the "worst birthday ever," a run-in with the paparazzi and reported low ticket sales, culminating with some major booing at the Billboard Music Awards.

Bieber discussed his trust issues during an interview with Teen Vogue for the magazine's Music Issue last month.

"I get good vibes from people all the time, and I probably could get along with them and be their friend, but now I just don't trust anybody," he said. "Literally, my phone never rings. I only have, like, four people that I keep in contact with. I don't need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I just need the people close to me that I love, that's all."
