Donny Deutsch: Abercrombie CEO Mike Jeffries 'Disgusting,' 'Vile' (VIDEO)

Donny Deutsch Unloads On Abercrombie CEO

Longtime advertising executive and television personality Donny Deutsch just joined the long list of Mike Jeffries haters.

Deutsch, chairman of advertising agency Deutsch Inc. and panelist on the "Today" Show Professionals segments, joined HuffPost Live Tuesday and told host Abby Huntsman how he really feels about the Abercrombie & Fitch CEO, who's been in the news following reports that he only wants "thin and beautiful people" shopping in his stores.

"He's disgusting. He's a vile human being," Deutsch said of Jeffries.

Deutsch also laid into Jeffries' appearance, suggesting that he has no business policing his clientele for attractiveness.

"This is a guy who was probably the biggest nerd as a kid," Deutsch said. "I don't wanna be a shrink here, but this is probably the way he's getting back at his own childhood."

Abercrombie & Fitch has apologized twice since Jeffries' comments in a 2006 Salon article were re-released by Business Insider, setting off a firestorm of negative press.

"We want to reiterate that we sincerely regret and apologize for any offense caused by comments we have made in the past," A&F said in a statement last week.

The Huffington Post sent A&F an email Tuesday afternoon requesting comment but did not immediately receive a response.
