What we have here is a photo of the National Zoo's fishing cat kitten being weighed in a bowl. The kitten is barely two weeks old now. Zoo staff don't yet know if this baby is a boy or a girl. They do know the kitten weighs 446 grams -- just under a pound -- and looks heartbreakingly adorable sitting in a bowl on top of the scale providing that measurement.
