Oak Park — About 50 workers and activists protested Thursday outside a McDonald's restaurant demanding an increase in workers' wages to $15 dollars an hour.
Workers held up red and white signs that read "We are worth more" and shouted "We want a raise" during the peaceful protest at the fast food chain's Greenfield and 11 Mile Road location.
